Who is Fossil Creek Construction?
Fossil Creek Construction is two guys who want to do residential construction contracting better. When you you talk to us, you are talking to an owner. No bouncing from a sales person to project manager to tradesmen. We are more than just contractors and self perform roughly 50% of the work we take on, which leads to higher quality and quicker completion.
We focus on residential remodel, additions, and basements, and we do it well. We have 30 years combined residential construction and engineering experience. We strive to provide our clients with exceptional quality and value from design to completion. We draft our plans in house to save clients time and money. We hate surprises. We do our best to provide our clients with accurate estimates up front, because we know you hate surprises too. We use state of the art project management software throughout the project for communication, scheduling, estimating, materials and finish selections, and change orders, so you will always know where you are with your project . Our Team
Nick Bristow
Nick is a Minnesota native who has lived in Northern Colorado sine 2010. Nick has hands on experience in multiple facets of residential construction including framing, finish carpentry, all types of flooring, and windows. His first construction business was flooring installation. After working for multiple residential and commercial contractors, he went out on his own performing bath and kithen remodels, flips, and basement finishes, eventually getting a contractors license and starting Fossil Creek Construction. If he isn't at work or spending time with his kids, he is probably outside mountain biking, skiing or snowmobiling.
Dylan Hochstetler
Dylan was born and raised on the Front Range. Dylan grew up around construction and has been getting his hands dirty his whole life. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from CSU and spent 10 years designing and manufacturing custom glass elevators for residential homes before the company he helped build sold. Over qualified? Most definitely, but you will love his attention to detail and intelligent approach to designing your project. Dylan enjoys cycling and snowmobiling when he isn't working.
